Joe's is the best! First, I have to talk about Ben. Ben, is all about the service. He's friendly, kind, fast, and makes incredible drinks. He's always going out of the way to make everything extra special, and he is so generous. The drinks are the best you're gonna get. Everything is delicious, and they have the BEST Turkish coffee. They also carry the fantastic Dubai chocolate. Buy it. Eat it. You're welcome. They also have a rewards program that is actually worth signing up for. Love this place.
This place is hands down the best coffee shop in town! Ben is awesome. Remembers your name he remembers your order. They have the best chocolate and best pastries the best breakfast sandwiches and not to mention the best coffee. If you’re in Novi and looking for any of those things, skip the chains and come here. ATTENTION COFFEE LOVERS, I TRIED THIS PLACE OUT Joe’s Coffee NOT NORMAL! The lattes and frappes are delicious on point—smooth, rich, and just the right amount of bold. You can tell they use quality beans, and the service is amazing. The vibe inside is cozy and welcoming, perfect for getting some work done or just catching up with a friend. The endless options and variety of coffee flavors is awsome. If you’re a coffee lover, this place is a must-visit!
Visited Joe's Coffee and Tea today 5/8/24 with my fiance. The environment was cozy and clean. The staff member was extremely friendly and quick! I got a salted caramel latte and a brown butter toffee iced latte. The drinks were made to perfection and the bean taste is very strong and delicious! We will be returning soon! Thank you
Had the opportunity to stop in Joe's Coffee Shop for a photoshoot and wow! Ben and Alexa were both very welcoming and appreciative! Of course, the coffee smell is great like any coffee store, but there were so many flavors to choose from compared to your typical coffee place. Many of the light meals (Danish / Croissants/ Sandwiches) looked great as well! The owners and workers here care a lot, and it shows. Would definitely recommend if you're in Novi!
Ben is an absolute gem!! He talked me through some of the options and I decided to go with the nitro sweet cream and a yuzu peach green tea. Both were fantastic and I was pleasantly surprised with the real peach fruit inside the green tea. It's like I was eating a peach off the trees in Georgia they were so fresh. Hospitality was amazing with great conversation and a wonderful playlist going while I enjoyed my morning drinks.
Great all the way around! Best coffee chocolate and to go food in town. My favorite morning stop from now on!!
